Being a talkative partner

Talk, talk and talk. That’s what a friend of mine does to keep his wife happy. And why shouldn’t he, if that helps him trim down the gap between his wife and him. Otherwise, he is rather a quiet guy, workaholic, busy in his own world.

A few quick reasons he gave me when I cornered him on behaving so differently nice with his wife and everyone else in his life. Here’s how he went –

1) My talks gives her a feeling of ‘staying in a hostel & sharing a room with a male partner’ Of course there’s more than sharing a room that we do.

2) On a lighter note, I don’t have to ask her to tell me her secret. She just can’t keep it to herself, nor do I.

3) If I have any complains about household chores, I can easily tell her in rather a friendly manner.

4) Excessive talking might sound quiet annoying, but it helps me vent out my feelings, stored office gossips & stuff that I can’t share with my friends.

5) There are times, when we don’t make love or don’t feel like doing so. I talk to her and compensate for it. She OBVIOUSLY understands and is definitely happy that I just don’t go to sleep on my side.

6) Crack up some quick jokes with her. Your partner is sure to love it

7) Talks with your spouse leave no space for miscommunication

So for the all the men, think over when your wife or girlfriend complains of you not giving time to her. May be she means, you are not talking enough to her. Get into the shoes of women and just talk. Just get chatty. No matter if you are a quiet person.

Happy talking.

Just wanna be 'Silly' with YOU

It's not a thought that popped my head today. I keep thinking over it every now and then. Don't know where it ever came across your mind. But I just wanna be 'silly' with you. love that smile and that curious expression on your face as I know how would you react.

Passion is what everyone craves for but guess I am a little different. I want to be silly with you. May be because I know both of us feel so passionately for each other. Silly is actually a silly word, but means so much more for me. I want to see the mad side of the world with you. Laugh with you on the most trivial matter. Want to exchange glances and burst into laughter when we see something embarrassing. Giggle and make fun of each other.

As Rose Franken rightly said,"Anyone can be passionate, but it takes real lovers to be silly."

Excuses Galore!

Its not been long, rather its been very long indeed. Days came and passed by and then the gap became long & longer than expected. But this time, I am back with a promise to keep. A long thought over decision to just keep blogging no matter what happens. I would continue to blog regularly as I did earlier.

Excuses galore

When I sit and ponder over the reasons that kept me away from blog, the result that I conclude gives me a good laugh. One look at the excuses would clearly state me as the 'laziest person' alive on the earth, though I am not one. Or may be I don't consider myself as one. anyways, whether I am one or not one is beyond a discussion.

Though most of us have a blogger in us and have something or the other to pen down everyday. Here are some of the reasons that hold us from letting our heart out everyday.

  • Busy with work in office
  • Daily chores keep us engaged
  • Some feel its a tedious task to switch on PC/laptop
  • Ok, its just today, tomorrow I'll blog for sure. AND, tomorrow never comes.

Learning from Each Other

Being in a relationship, there are several things one can possibly do for nurturing one's relationship. Its important that both the partners understand each other for a compatible and strong bonding.

Its important that the partners on both the ends should have strong feelings for each other. Many a times, couples find it difficult to stick to each other despite being in love. While one of them is too patient, the other might be aggressive. Living in a nuclear family and packed with work, one may not find time to discuss the problems at home with an elder person and seek advice.

Learning from Each Other
Observe & Learn from Each Other

You may not be an expert at solving problems, but your partner may be a complete show stealer. He or she may find solutions in a moment. Don't get bogged down by his or her expertise in doing anything, rather just observe quietly and learn the art of problem solving.

You could have be a zero tolerance attitude, but your partner might just be the coolest person in the entire world. Such a variation might be dangerous for a relationship. The best way one can work towards a smoother relationship is by learning various attributes from each other.
